Privacy policy

1. Controller

The controller for the processing of personal data on this website within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is:

Stojan Trpkov
Spessartstraße 42a
63628 Bad Soden-Salmünster
Phone: +49 176 20504656
Email: immerimfokus.studio@gmail.com

2. General principles

This website uses no cookies, no analytics tools, no advertising pixels and no social media plugins. No tracking takes place and no profiles are created. For that reason there is no cookie banner here either.

The fonts used are served directly from this server. When you open the page, no connection is made to Google Fonts or any other font service, and therefore no IP address is transmitted to one.

3. Hosting

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When the page is accessed, Vercel processes technically necessary connection data. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, the legitimate interest in a secure and reliable operation of the website. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Vercel. The transfer to the USA is based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and on certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

4. Server log files

The hosting provider automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser transmits automatically:

  • page accessed and time of access
  • browser type and version
  • operating system used
  • referrer URL
  • amount of data transferred and status message
  • shortened IP address

This data is not merged with other data sources and serves solely for technical security and error analysis. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

5. Contact form and getting in touch

If you send me an enquiry through the contact form, the details you provide in it (name, email address, optionally phone number, occasion, preferred date, location and your message) are stored by me for the purpose of handling the enquiry and in case of follow-up questions.

The legal basis is your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, which you give explicitly in the form, and Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR insofar as the enquiry is aimed at entering into a contract. You may withdraw your consent at any time by informal email; the lawfulness of the processing carried out until withdrawal remains unaffected.

The data remains with me until you request its deletion, withdraw your consent or the purpose ceases to apply, for example once your enquiry has been dealt with. Mandatory statutory retention periods, in particular under commercial and tax law, remain unaffected.

For the technical delivery of the form message to my mailbox I use Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc., 2261 Market Street #5039, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA) as a processor pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. The sending itself runs via servers in the European Union (Ireland region). As this is a US company, access from the USA cannot be ruled out; that transfer is based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, which form part of the data processing agreement.

6. Photographs and image rights

Photographs of clients are published on this website only with their explicit consent, revocable at any time, pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR and § 22 of the German Act on Copyright in Works of Fine Art and Photography (KunstUrhG). If you would like an image removed, a short message to the email address above is enough. It will be taken offline without delay.

7. Encryption

For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, this site uses TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the browser address bar starting with “https://”.

8. Your rights

You have the following rights at any time:

  • access to the data stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR)
  • rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
  • erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
  • restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
  • data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
  • objection to processing (Art. 21 GDPR)
  • withdrawal of consent already given (Art. 7 (3) GDPR)

An informal email to the address above is sufficient. Independently of this, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority; for Bad Soden-Salmünster this is the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.

9. Changes to this policy

I update this privacy policy whenever the website or the legal situation changes. The version published here is the one that applies.

This is a translation for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the German version of this page is the legally binding one.
